The money

List your shift
Pick the shift you can't make, set a bounty of $25 or more, and save your card with Stripe.
Someone takes it
A member with payouts set up claims it. You're charged the bounty plus a 10% service fee that covers processing.
They get paid
The bounty lands in their bank account in one to two business days. Nobody has to Venmo anybody.

Payouts by Stripe Connect. Standard timing is 1–2 business days for U.S. bank accounts.
