Pick the shift you can't make, set a bounty (min $25), save your card via Stripe.

Another member with payouts set up claims it. Your card is charged the bounty plus a 10% service fee that covers payment processing.

The bounty lands in their bank account in 1–2 business days via Stripe.
Payouts powered by Stripe Connect— standard timing is 1–2 business days for U.S. bank accounts.
